Brinjal Bhajjias

Ingredients
Brinjals - 3 to 4
Besan - to prepare batter
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method
1. Wash and cut brinjals into thin roundels.
2. Apply turmeric and salt.
3. Prepare batter of besan, chilli powder,salt and water.
4. Dip the roundels of brinjals into batter and deep fry.
